Individual Sessions:

Packages are limited to a 6 month duration.
  • 1 hour coaching session - In state: $125

  • 1 hour coaching session - Out of state: $135

    Family Sessions (up to 4 people):

  • 2 hour initial session In State: $300

  • 2 hour initial session Out of State: $325

  • 1 hour follow up sessions In State: $175

  • 1 hour follow up sessions Out of State: $200



    Cooking Sessions:

  • $60 per hour (minimum of 2 hours for in home sessions)

  • 3-4 fairly simple recipes can be prepared in 2 hours

    Volume Discount:

    Packages are limited to a 6 month duration.

  • Pre-pay for 4 hours (Two 2 hour sessions) for $215 and save $25

  • Pre-pay for 8 hours (Four 2 hour sessions) for $420 and get one hour free (a savings of $60)

    Group Cooking Sessions (minimum of 4 people):

  • Per person rate per hour $40(minimum of 2 hours for in home sessions)



    Reiki Sessions

    Packages are limited to a 6 month duration.

  • 1 hour Reiki treatment $85
    Treatment can be in person or at a distance at a pre-arranged time

  • 4- 1 hour pre-paid Reiki treatments $300

  • 1 Reiki Healing Attunement $50
    This is a Reiki process designed to help remove stubborn blocks and to encourage dramatic shifts on all levels-with special emphasis on spiritual and energetic levels.

    Reiki Classes

    Ranges are inclusive of travel time, private classes and early registration discounts. Please inquire directly with Wendy to clarify for your situation.
  • 1 Reiki Level 1 Certification Class $175-200

  • 1 Reiki Level 2 Certification Class $350-400

  • 1 Reiki Level Master Teacher Certification Class $700-900
